a. The promotion of a child shall be determined by the Principal in consultation with the subject and class teachers. Three Unit Examinations will be held for class KG I to XII.
b. Promotion will be considered only at the end of the school year, on the basis of the whole years work and not just on the LAST TERM RESULTS.
c. To gain promotion to a higher class a student must score a minimum 40% marks per subject and 45% in the aggregate of the whole year's marks.
d. Test and examination missed due to absence cannot and will not be made good earlier or later on.
e. Parents are instructed not to harass the Administration to allow the children to sit for a missed test or examination.
f. When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate he/ she will not be placed in any higher class than that for which the certificate shows him or her to be qualified ; nor shall he/she be promoted before the academic year.
g. Children failing twice in the same class will have to be withdrawn at the end of the year.
h. Students ABSENT for any test or examination will not be given another test or examination at an earlier or later date.
i. Medical certificates must be submitted and attached to the application for absence due to illness.
j. Leave of absence will not be considered due to tours festivals or any other reason.
