a. Attendance on the day the session commences and closes is essential and absentees will be fined Rs. 25/- per day of absence discourage them from extending their holidays.
b. A child must be on time for Assembly. At the times listed below the school gates will be closed
c. Children who are absent for one month or more will automatically have their names struck off the rolls.
d. Children afflicted by infectious diseases or exposed to such diseases in their homes must complete the QUARENTINE PERIOD BEFORE REJOINING SCHOOL. This must be indicated on the medical certificate. Children with mumps, measles, chicken pox, joy bangla and other infectious or contageous diseases will not be allowed to attend classes or examinations under any circumstances. Medical Certificate may be submitted to the principal for the same.
e. On Sundays children must not come to school unless they have to attend either a special class or any other activity under the supervision of a staff member of the school.
f. Appointments with doctors during school hours is not encouraged. Genuine cases will require supporting evidence.
g. Leave of absence for birthdays, marriages feasts and similar reasons is discouraged. However, leave must be applied for in advance.
h. All leave, except sick leave must be applied for in advance otherwise it will be marked as "Absent without leave" in the child's report card.
i. Students who do not report to school on the expiry of school vacations/ term breaks, sanctioned leave etc. will be required to pay a fine of Rs. 25/- per day of absence on their return to school.
j. Students having less than 75% attendance will not be permitted to appear for the Third terminal examination in March.
k. Parents must attend promptly to school circulars, be prompt in paying school fees, read carefully through progress reports and comply with instructions regarding their child's studies.
l. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in maintaining discipline and inculcating diligence initiative, upright behaviour and courtsey among the students towards their teachers, elders and fellow students.
m. Equip the students with uniform materials from the school office only.
n. Purchase school text and exercise books from the school.
o. Parents are informed that the school does not support private tuitors not employed by the school to write remarks in the childs books or diaries and firm instructions are given that this is not allowed by parents. Please do not send private tutors to collect report cards or consult our staff regarding your child's progress / difficulties. No business of private tutors will be entertained.
p. Please do not attempt to see or interview teachers during class hours without the permission of the Principal/Headmaster.All communication regarding fees admissions withdrawals, complaints and enquires regarding the welfare and the progress of their child/ children should be made to the Principal/Headmaster and to no other staff member.
q. Any change of address should be intimated to the school office immediately if it occurs.
r. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school at all times. Any propoganda indulged in, against the administration, signing of petitions any behaviour which intends to hurt or mar the image of the administration, staff or the school, or any action which is against the school will lead to the removal of the child from the school rolls. Parents may, on appointment meet the Principal individually and whatever is possible will certainly be done to solve the problem.
s. It is the parents responsibility to attend to the cleanliness of their child and see that he/she comes to school in clean uniform which is as per the school rules. They are also to see that their child's hair is properly cut and free of head lice.
t. Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones or any electronic gadgets to school. If found it will be confiscated. A fine of Rs.1000/- will be charged.
u. Students must come to school on time i.e at 8:00 am. School gate will close at 8:10 am.
v. Pick up and drop of the child/ward is the whole sole responsibility of the parents.
