i) Fees must be paid before the tenth of each month. Thereafter, a fine of Rs. 25.00 will be imposed.
ii) A pupil's name will be struck off the Rolls if his fees there is in arrears for more than one month and he/she will be re-admitted only on payment of the full admission fee and the arrears. Before a child is withdrawn one calendar month's notice must be given in writing and full years tuition fees must be paid in liue hereof. No transfer certificate will be issued unless fee is paid in full.
iii) Re-admission charges of one month's fee will be made when, for whatever reason, a child has been removed for a period. School-leaving certificate shall not be issued without a written application from the guardian.
iv) Fees should not be sent with students. The fees card will have to be produced by each parent at the time of payment of fees for entry of the fees paid.
